Very clean room. Pool area clean & nice. Big bonus is the security of the hotel/parking lot.

The accommodations were wonderful. I would strongly recommend this place to everyone.

No windows in apartment no kettle either 40 min walk to French quarter

Ms Rachel was very pleasant. Was able to accommodate me and my friend while we stayed at the Bywater hotel. There was pool access and double rooms. I am planning on staying here for my next visit

Rachel was so sweet and professional. She gave us exceptional service as well as Laquisha. I would recommend this hotel for all visitors honestly. The rooms were clean and quiet with a full kitchen.

My wife and I have stayed at hotels from San Francisco to Baltimore and Miami to Seattle so we are familiar with hotels. This was without a doubt one of the most amazing and beautiful properties we have had the opportunity to stay at in our travels. The room was IMMACULATE. The owner was there every day of our stay. She was helpful, friendly, and a beautiful soul. The beds were a tad firm but we slept fantastic. Air conditioning was so welcoming over the 4th of July and the room was nice and chilly. The grounds and the buildings have beautifully maintained. If we could give them a rating higher than a 5 we would in a heartbeat. We are looking forward to their plans for the future (a restaurant on site!), and will be staying there again in December! Please...please.. do yourself a favor and stay there yourself.
