10/10 definitely recommend. I absolutely love this place. The room was very quiet as well as the neighborhood. They have a few restaurants that were walking distance that were recommended to us and had amazing service. We definitely recommend JusTini’s to eat. Our concierge was so polite and helpful. He helped us get in the room and helped us with anything we needed. He always greeted us with a smile which made us feel so welcomed. The pool and property was everything. Everything was clean from the room to the whole property. We will definitely be staying here every time we come to New Orleans.

We had an incredible week at the bywater hotel, the room was beautiful, walking distance to everything we needed, and most of all the service was phenomenal. Lionisha went above and beyond to help us out with everything we needed, and we’d come back just for her!!

We are so happy we found this! Right within our budget, 10 minute walk from the family we were visiting, lovely to have a living room and kitchen - and bonus gorgeous hot tub and pool! Super clean, easy, and no issues. The one thing to note is that, while my partner enjoyed the deliciously soft bed on the first night, it started to be uncomfortable for him by night four (I was comfortable throughout). Close to amazing restaurants (we went to Galaxie, Elizabeth's, and Origen Bistro), the AllWays Lounge and Cabaret (see Bette Tittler's Broadville Follies!), the bridge to the river trail, and walkable to the French Quarter for those who like walking. I imagine we will definitely be staying here again!

Staff are supper helpful. Rooms are very comfortable. Location is nice only 2.5 miles from French Quarters not a bad walk. Food assessable close by that you can walk too. Only Down side was the pool closes earlier which disappointed kids as they would have like to swam a little latter in the evening

This hotel is absolutely incredible! From the comfort & cleanliness of the rooms, to the relaxing pool and hot tub! And, the staff will go above and beyond to make sure your stay is top notch!
We walked down to the water to Rusty Rainbow Bridge and through Crescent Park, then onto the French Market/quarter.

Very clean room. Pool area clean & nice. Big bonus is the security of the hotel/parking lot.
